Induction Seal Liners for Bottles & Jars
Induction seal liners bond to the rim of the bottle with an electromagnetic sealing head, creating a tamper-evident, hermetic membrane that stops leaks, blocks moisture and oxygen, and preserves freshness. Rimzer supplies one-piece and two-piece foil liners in PE, PP and PET backing for water, juice, dairy, agrochemical and pharmaceutical bottles from 15mm to 120mm — with pressure-sensitive options for caps that never pass through a sealer. Send us your cap size and contents and we will recommend the right construction within 12 hours.
Rimzer manufactures
Rimzer manufactures cap seal liners, gaskets and vented closures for every common bottle, jar and tube format — from 15mm dropper caps to 180mm wide-mouth jars, for glass, PET, PP and aluminium containers. The range below covers four sealing technologies: induction foil liners that bond to the bottle mouth to create a hermetic membrane, foam and PS compression gaskets that seal under cap torque alone, hot melt and Lift-N-Peel liners for clean peel and reseal, and vented liners, valves and caps that equalise pressure without letting the product escape.
If you already know your closure size, use the category menu on the left to narrow the list. If you are still choosing, jump to how to choose a liner below — it maps contents type to the recommended construction.
Which Liner Works for Your Product?
Food & beverage. Induction foil liners give you a tamper-evident, airtight seal for juices, sauces, honey, spices and powdered drinks. For dry goods packed in PET or PP closures, PE foam liners are the economical choice and still pass most drop and vacuum tests.
Agrochemicals & pesticides. High-barrier two-piece aluminum foil liners resist solvent-rich formulations and prevent vapour loss in hot containers. Pair them with vented liners or one-way valves on liquids that off-gas during transport, so caps never bulge or leak in transit.
Pharmaceuticals & supplements. Clean-peel Lift-N-Peel liners open without tools or residue, while pressure-sensitive liners give an extra tamper signal for tablet and capsule bottles.
Cosmetics & personal care. PS compression discs keep creams and powders clean at the shoulder of the jar and release smoothly at the filling line.
Rimzer is a direct cap liner manufacturer and OEM partner: we die cut every disc to your cap, supply food grade materials with FDA and EU 1935/2004 declarations, and produce pressure sensitive as well as induction and foam constructions under one roof. Because we cut in-house, custom diameters, shapes and thicknesses carry no tooling charge.
Not sure which construction fits your bottle, cap and product? Send us the neck finish and contents description, and our engineers will match a liner, recommend the right thickness and courier free samples for filling trials.

How to Choose the Right Cap Seal Liner
The correct liner is determined by three things: what is inside the bottle, what the cap is made of, and whether your filling line has an induction sealer. Work through the table below to shortlist a construction, then confirm the exact diameter, thickness and adhesive with our engineers before ordering.
| Your situation | Recommended liner | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Liquid, oil, syrup or juice in a standard screw cap, with an induction sealer on the line | Two-piece aluminium foil induction liner | Foil membrane welds to the bottle mouth — leak-proof and tamper-evident, with a forgiving tolerance for the finish |
| Same liquid product, but a single laminate is easier to handle on the line | One-piece induction seal liner | One laminate instead of a foil disc plus backing; fewer components to inventory |
| Cream, cosmetic jar, wide-mouth container, no induction equipment | PE foam gasket | Soft closed-cell foam compresses into the rim and seals mechanically — tolerates imperfect surfaces |
| Dry powder, spice, tablets, cost-sensitive dry goods | PS gasket | Firmer disc stays seated, lower cost per piece, adequate moisture barrier for dry contents |
| Glass or PET bottles needing a clean peel with a reliable seal | Hot melt liner | Poured and set into the cap, bonds on contact and peels cleanly without fibre tear |
| Sauces, dairy, nutraceuticals — consumers need to peel and reseal | Lift-N-Peel liner | Finger tab makes peeling easy and allows the cap to be reapplied cleanly |
| Agrochemicals, bleach, peroxide, enzyme detergents — product generates gas | Vented liner / vented cap | Micro-porous or valve-based venting equalises pressure while blocking liquid and contamination |
| High-volume closure production where you die-cut your own liners | Finished roll material | One roll covers every diameter in your catalogue — cut what you need, when you need it |
| Injectable drugs, vaccines, biologicals | Aluminium-plastic ampoule caps + glass ampoules | Crimped hermetic seal with a drug-contact-safe liner; container and closure from one source |
What We Need From You to Quote
- Cap or closure drawing — inner diameter, neck finish and cap material (PP, PE, PET, aluminium).
- Contents and filling process — liquid or dry, pH, hot-fill temperature, and whether the product generates gas.
- Whether you have an induction sealer — this alone decides between foil and compression liners.
- Annual volume and required delivery schedule — so we can quote the right MOQ tier and confirm stock availability.
Send these four items to sales@bottles-packaging.com and our engineers will reply within 12 hours with a recommended specification, a quotation, and free samples for trial on your own caps. You can also use the contact form or message us on WhatsApp.
