Position: Home >Products DetailOne-piece aluminum foil induction seal liner is a single-structure liner that combines an aluminum foil layer with a heat-seal fusible layer laminated together as one piece — no separate backing board required. When activated by an induction sealing machine, it bonds directly to the cap and creates an airtight, tamper-evident, leak-proof seal on PET, PE, PP and glass bottles. Its integrated construction makes it a cost-effective choice for high-volume bottling lines. Sizes are available from 18mm to 150mm to fit standard cap threads (PCO 38mm and others), with thickness options of 0.2mm, 0.25mm, 0.30mm and 0.40mm.

Taizhou Rimzer Rubber & Plastic Co., Ltd is a professional bottle packaging supplier with over 20 years of industry experience. Our 23,000 m² factory with 85 skilled employees delivers over one billion pieces per year to 100+ customers worldwide. We supply bottle factories, agrochemical plants, food & beverage factories, cosmetics factories and trading companies — from bottles to seal liners, one reliable source.
A one-piece liner laminates the aluminum foil and heat-seal layer together without a backing board, while a two-piece liner adds a paperboard/foam backing. One-piece is more cost-effective and common for lubricants and agrochemicals; two-piece offers better reseal-free appearance and easier peel. Tell us your contents and budget — we will recommend the right structure.
Our liners work with PP, PE and PET caps. The key is matching the heat-seal layer to the cap material — tell us your cap material and we will recommend the right formulation.
Parameters depend on your sealer power, cap diameter and line speed. As a reference, most 38mm caps seal well at 1.5–3kW with 0.5–2 seconds dwell. We provide tailored parameter guidance with every order and support you through trial production.
With correct heat-seal layer matching and sealing parameters, the seal opens cleanly. Foil residue usually indicates over-sealing or a mismatched formulation — our parameter guidance and free sample testing prevent this before mass production.
Yes. Our corrosion-resistant formulations are designed for agrochemicals, lubricants, alcohol-based products and cleaning agents. Sample testing with your actual product is free and recommended before mass production.
Standard options are 0.5mm, 0.8mm and 1.0mm. Custom thickness is available — share your cap design and sealing equipment, and we will produce to your specification.
Yes. Food-grade versions meet FDA and EU food-contact requirements, and SGS test reports are available on request.
MOQ is 50,000 pcs. Samples are free; sample quantity and courier cost are negotiable depending on your location and project.
Precision die-cutting keeps diameter within tight tolerance (typically ±0.1mm). Consistent sizing means the liner seats correctly in the cap — no rattling, no jamming.
Store in original sealed packaging, cool and dry, away from direct sunlight. Properly stored liners stay effective well beyond 12 months. We print production dates on every batch for traceability.
Yes, custom printing is supported — logos, batch numbers and warning texts are all possible. Contact us with your artwork.
Yes. We control raw material batches, foil coating weight and sealing-layer thickness at incoming inspection, run process capability checks in production, and keep retention samples from every batch so any future batch can be verified against the approved sample.
One-piece induction liner: It is for one-time sealing. After sealing, the aluminum foil bonds to the bottle mouth. When opened, the foil peels completely away from the cap. Once torn off, the cap loses sealing function, and retightening cannot re-seal the bottle.
Advantages: Lower cost, no risk of paper debris.
Application: Disposable filling products and samples, no repeated use after opening.
Two-piece induction liner with paperboard backing: After heat sealing, the aluminum foil sticks to the bottle mouth while the paperboard substrate stays inside the cap. After peeling off the foil on the bottle mouth, retightening the cap enables re-sealing via the paperboard liner.
Besides re-sealing, the paperboard backing compensates for injection molding tolerance between cap and bottle neck. It gives rigidity to the liner for automatic cap lining machines to avoid jamming, and provides cushioning during transportation.
⚠ Note: Paperboard absorbs liquid. Do NOT use it for alcohol or strong solvents, as it may swell and generate paper scraps contaminating contents. If re-sealing is required for such chemicals, choose two-piece liners with PE foam backing instead.
Application: Products requiring repeated opening, such as seasonings, health supplements, pesticides and cleaners.
