About Taizhou Rimzer: Cap Seal Liner & Closure Manufacturer
Taizhou Rimzer Rubber & Plastic Co., Ltd has been producing sealing liners, gaskets and vented closures for the packaging industry since 2009. From our factory in Taizhou, Zhejiang, we supply bottle cap seal liners, induction foil seals, PE foam gaskets, PS discs and one-way venting valves to more than 40 countries across Europe, North America, South America and Southeast Asia.
Our customers are mostly food, beverage, pharmaceutical, agrochemical and personal care brands — companies that cannot afford a leaking closure. That is why we build everything around one idea: the seal is the last line of defence between your product and the outside world.
What We Make
We cover the complete closure sealing range:
- Induction seal liners — one-piece and two-piece aluminium foil, hot melt adhesive, and Lift-N-Peel easy-open structures for tamper evidence
- Pressure-sensitive liners — PS rigid discs, PE foam gaskets and laminated composites
- Vented closures — one-way venting valves and vented caps for agrochemicals, bleach and hydrogen-peroxide products
- Specialty items — wine bottle aluminium caps, ampoule caps and finished roll material for in-house liner punching
How We Produce
Our workshop runs seven coating, laminating and die-cutting lines with a daily capacity of about 3 million liner pieces. Material is slit, coated, laminated and punched in a humidity-controlled environment. Every batch is checked for thickness tolerance, seal strength, peel force and barrier performance before packing.
Common materials include food-contact grade PS, PE foam, EPE, aluminium foil, PET and paper board. Food-contact grades comply with FDA 21 CFR 175.300 and EU Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004; migration test reports and RoHS declarations are available on request.
Quality You Can Audit
We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified factory. Product tests follow ASTM F1929 (dye penetration), ASTM F88 (seal strength) and internal leak tests on filled sample bottles. Third-party reports can be arranged through SGS, Intertek or TUV before shipment, at cost.
Working With Us
Orders start at 10,000 – 50,000 pcs depending on structure. Samples are free — you cover only the courier. Standard items ship in 7 – 12 working days after artwork approval. Custom die-cut shapes, colours, printing and thicknesses are all available, and our engineers will recommend the cheapest liner that still meets your sealing requirement.
