Every Rimzer cap liner, gasket and vented closure ships with verifiable compliance documentation. Below are our current certificates and test reports covering quality management, food-contact safety and material declarations. Scanned copies with the original reference numbers are available on request.

What Our Certificates Cover

1. ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System

Our Taizhou factory operates a certified ISO 9001:2015 system covering incoming material inspection, in-process control, final testing and traceability. Each production batch carries a heat number that links back to the raw material supplier, so if a customer reports a sealing issue we can trace the exact foil, film and board batch used.

2. FDA Food-Contact Compliance

All liners intended for food, beverage and pharmaceutical closures are made from materials listed in FDA 21 CFR 175.300 and 21 CFR 177.1630. We issue a food-contact declaration with every shipment stating the resin grades, adhesive systems and any migration limits that apply to your product.

3. EU 10/2011 & Framework Regulation EC 1935/2004

For European customers we supply a Declaration of Compliance (DoC) under EU 10/2011 on plastic materials intended to come into contact with food, plus overall and specific migration test data where the application requires it.

4. SGS Migration & Physical Testing

Independent SGS reports cover overall migration into food simulants, seal strength peel values, compression set and torque retention after ageing. These reports are the ones most often requested in supplier approval packs for beverage and pharma buyers.

5. RoHS, REACH and BPA-Free Declarations

We provide RoHS statements for electronics-adjacent packaging, REACH SVHC declarations confirming no substances of very high concern above 0.1% w/w, and BPA-free declarations for infant nutrition and drinking water applications.

Pharmaceutical & nutraceutical: FDA, USP Class VI supporting data on request, batch traceability records.

Food sauces, oils & vinegar: FDA, EU 10/2011, acid resistance test data for vinegar and hot-fill packs.

Industrial & agrochemical: RoHS, REACH SVHC, chemical resistance data for the liner compound.
