Working with us: MOQ starts at 20,000–50,000 pcs depending on liner construction. Standard lead time is 15–20 days after artwork approval; repeat orders ship faster. We quote FOB Shanghai or Ningbo, accept T/T and L/C, and every shipment includes a retention sample and traceable batch records. NDA available for custom projects.

Taizhou Rimzer Rubber & Plastic Co., Ltd. has manufactured cap liners, gaskets and vented closures in Taizhou, Zhejiang since 2003. The factory runs 12 production lines with 85 employees, holds ISO 9001 certification, and works with food-contact compliant materials (FDA and EU 10/2011 grade PS, PE, and aluminium foil laminates). We ship die-cut liners, finished roll material and assembled vented caps to customers in more than 30 countries.
