Plastic vented caps are screw caps with a built-in one-way degassing valve, delivered as a ready-to-assemble unit — no extra valve-insertion step on your capping line. When the contents generate gas during storage (detergents, pesticides, liquid compound fertilizers, fermented products), the valve releases the pressure one way while keeping outside air, moisture and liquid out — effectively preventing bottle bulging, cap popping and leakage in hot warehouses and sealed shipping containers.
The cap integrates our proven vented valve technology — the same valve family behind our vented seal liners — so cap, valve and liner come from one factory, one quality system, one supplier. Cap sizes, colors and printing are fully customizable to your bottle and brand.

Yes. Secondary sizes include D12, D19(W19), D28 and D48. D12 is for small sample bottles; D19 for medium-large liquid fertilizer bottles; D28 & D48 for 10L~20L large jerrycans. These sizes are not regular stock items and produced against orders. Custom non-standard diameters are available with new tooling based on your cap hole drawing. Note: M-threaded vents (M5/M12 etc.) belong to another product line and are rarely used on agrochemical bottle caps.
Yes. It works together with our vented seal liners for a tamper-evident, venting closure system — the most common configuration for agrochemical exports.

When internal gas pressure exceeds the opening threshold, the valve vents the gas; it then re-seals so outside air and liquid cannot enter. The bottle stays sealed against spills and contamination — even when inverted.
Yes — cap color and surface printing (logo, batch number, warning text) are both customizable for brand matching.
MOQ is 3,000 pcs — very low for caps, convenient for trial orders and new products. Samples are free; sample quantity and courier cost are negotiable depending on your location and project.
We control raw material batches at incoming inspection, run inversion and leak tests on every valve specification, and keep retention samples from every batch so any future batch can be verified against the approved sample.
Standard lead time is 10–15 days after order confirmation. Trade terms EXW / FOB / CIF / DAP; payment T/T and L/C accepted.
