Lift-N-Peel seal liners are easy-open induction seal liners with a half-tab (lift tab) construction: part of the foil remains weld-bonded as the grip tab while the sealing ring bonds to the bottle mouth. After induction sealing, consumers simply lift the tab and peel the liner off cleanly by hand — no knife, no foil fragments, no effort. The foil layer provides an airtight, tamper-evident, leak-proof seal on PET, PE, PP and glass bottles, protecting water, juice, agrochemicals, lubricants, detergents, cosmetics and more. Sizes are die-cut from 20mm to 200mm to fit standard cap threads (PCO 38mm and others).

What does the half-tab construction look like?

Which cap materials can it seal?
