Position: Home >Products DetailPS gaskets (polystyrene cap liners) are solid, rigid sealing discs placed inside screw caps. They seal by compression when the cap is torqued down — no induction sealing machine is required, which makes them the most economical liner choice for existing capping lines. PS gaskets provide a smooth, flat sealing face that resists moisture absorption, keeping dry goods, powders and viscous products protected through storage and transport. Sizes are die-cut from 15mm to 180mm, with a wide thickness range of 0.5mm to 3.0mm to suit everything from narrow bottle caps to wide-mouth jar closures.

Used by cap and closure manufacturers, food & beverage factories, cosmetics producers and household chemical plants across South America, Southeast Asia, Europe, the United States and Russia. Typical applications include spice and seasoning jars, milk powder cans, confectionery tubs, cosmetic cream jars, detergent bottle caps and other dry or viscous product closures.
| PS gasket | Dry goods, powders, viscous products; budget-sensitive lines without induction equipment |
| PE foam gasket | Uneven sealing surfaces, wide-mouth jars, better gap-filling and leak resistance |
| Induction foil liner | Thin liquids, long shelf life, tamper evidence and airtight sealing required |

No. PS gaskets seal mechanically when the cap is screwed on — the liner is compressed against the bottle mouth. No induction equipment is required, making them ideal for production lines without sealing machines.
PS gaskets work best with dry goods, powders and viscous products. For thin liquids, essential oils or long shelf-life liquid products, we recommend aluminum foil induction liners or PE foam gaskets — tell us your contents and we will advise.
PS softens at elevated temperatures, so it is not the right choice for hot-fill or pasteurization processes. For those applications we recommend PE foam or induction liner solutions — share your process profile and we will match the correct liner.
They fit PP, PE and PET screw caps as well as wide-mouth jar closures. Share your cap drawing or thread standard and we will die-cut to match.
Yes. PS discs can be laminated with PE foam for better gap-filling, or with aluminum foil for a higher moisture and oxygen barrier. Composite structures are a common upgrade for demanding contents.
Standard supply is circular discs die-cut to your diameter. Other die-cut shapes are available for special closures — send us the shape drawing for a quotation.
Food-grade versions are available that comply with FDA and EU food-contact requirements; SGS test reports are available on request.
White, black and natural are standard; custom colors are available for brand matching at higher volumes.
MOQ is 50,000 pcs. Samples are free; sample quantity and courier cost are negotiable depending on your location and project.
Precision die-cutting keeps diameter within tight tolerance (typically ±0.1mm). Consistent sizing means the gasket seats correctly in the cap — no rattling, no jamming.
Yes, custom printing is supported — logos, batch numbers and warning texts are all possible. Contact us with your artwork.
Yes. We control raw material batches at incoming inspection, run in-process capability checks, and keep retention samples from every batch so any future batch can be verified against the approved sample.
