Position: Home >Products DetailHot melt (pressure-sensitive) adhesive foil seal liners create a tamper-evident seal with nothing more than normal cap torque — no induction sealing machine, no energy cost, no parameter tuning. The liner carries a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer: when the cap is screwed on, the adhesive bonds directly to the bottle mouth and the aluminum foil stays behind as visible tamper evidence.
The biggest advantage: one liner seals bottles of all materials — PET, PE, PP, PVC and glass. Unlike induction liners, where the heat-seal layer must be matched to the cap material, our hot melt adhesive formulation bonds universally, so one SKU covers your whole bottle range. Sizes are die-cut from 15mm to 150mm.

Used by agrochemical plants, lubricant producers, food & beverage factories and cosmetics factories across South America, Southeast Asia, Europe, the United States and Russia. Typical applications include pesticide bottles, motor oil, detergents, sauces and powder products on lines without induction sealing equipment — especially mixed-material lines where PET, PE, PP and glass bottles run side by side.
| Equipment | None needed — normal cap torque / Induction sealer required |
| Bottle materials | All materials (PET/PE/PP/PVC/glass) with one formulation / Heat-seal layer must match cap material |
| Seal type | Tamper-evident adhesive seal / Fully hermetic welded seal |
| Best for | Lines without induction equipment, mixed-material filling / Thin liquids and long-shelf-life products |

The liner carries a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. When the cap is screwed on with normal torque, the adhesive bonds to the bottle mouth, forming a tamper-evident seal. No sealing machine is involved.
Yes. Our adhesive formulation bonds to PET, PE, PP, PVC and glass alike. Unlike induction liners — where the heat-seal layer must match the cap material — one hot melt liner covers your whole bottle range, which is especially convenient for mixed-material filling lines.
It provides a strong tamper-evident closure and a good moisture barrier. For contents that demand a fully hermetic, leak-proof weld seal (e.g. thin liquids for long transport), we recommend our induction liners — tell us your product and we will advise.
Yes — as with any adhesive seal, oil or moisture on the bottle mouth reduces adhesion. Standard filling line practices are sufficient.
Agrochemicals, lubricants, detergents, sauces, powders and cosmetics. For aggressive solvents we recommend free sample testing with your actual product before mass production.
MOQ is 100,000 pcs. The adhesive coating process runs in larger production batches, which is also what keeps the unit cost attractive. Samples are free; sample quantity and courier cost are negotiable depending on your location and project.
Yes. Tack level can be matched to your bottle material, cap design and opening experience requirements — from easy-peel to high-bond. Free samples let you test on your actual line.
Precision die-cutting keeps diameter within tight tolerance (typically ±0.1mm). Consistent sizing means the liner seats correctly in the cap — no rattling, no jamming.
Store in original sealed packaging, cool and dry, away from direct sunlight. Properly stored liners stay effective well beyond 12 months. We print production dates on every batch for traceability.
Yes, custom printing is supported — logos, batch numbers and warning texts are all possible. Contact us with your artwork.
Yes. We control adhesive coating weight and foil batches at incoming inspection, run in-process capability checks, and keep retention samples from every batch so any future batch can be verified against the approved sample.
Standard lead time is 10–15 days after order confirmation. Trade terms EXW / FOB / CIF / DAP; payment T/T and L/C accepted.
