Position: Home >Products DetailOur vented cap liners are specially designed for packages that generate gas during storage. The liner integrates a waterproof breathable membrane: gas produced by the contents passes out through the membrane to balance internal pressure, while the membrane structure blocks liquid from escaping — effectively avoiding bottle bulging, deformation and leakage. Outside air, moisture and contaminants cannot enter, so the bottle stays sealed, safe and clean from the filling line to the end user.
This is our signature product and a proven profit builder: vented liners solve the most common export complaint for off-gassing products — bulged bottles and popped caps in hot containers and warehouses — reducing returns, claim rates and repacking costs for brands across hot climates. Widely used for detergents, pesticides, liquid compound fertilizers and fermented jam.
Quick facts: MOQ 10,000 pcs | Lead time 10–15 days | Free samples | Custom size & air flow available
During storage — especially in hot climates and sealed shipping containers — many contents slowly release gas. In a normal sealed bottle the pressure builds until the bottle bulges, the cap pops, or the product leaks out. Our vented liner releases this pressure the smart way:
| Structure | Sealing layer + integrated waterproof breathable membrane (one-way degassing) |
| Diameter range | 20mm – 200mm, die-cut to fit any cap standard (e.g. 38mm PCO) |
| Vent function | One-way: internal gas escapes, outside air, moisture and liquid cannot enter |
| Air flow | Custom air flow available — membrane specification matched to your contents' gas generation rate |
| Suitable caps | PP, PE and PET caps |
| Suitable bottles | PET, PE, PP, PVC and glass bottles |
| Typical contents | Detergents, pesticides, liquid compound fertilizers, fermented jam, effervescent and other gas-generating products |
| MOQ | 10,000 pcs |
| Lead time | 10–15 days |
| Packaging | PE bag + carton + pallet |
| Custom printing | Logo, batch number or warning text printing supported |
| Trade terms | EXW / FOB / CIF / DAP |
| Payment | T/T, L/C |
Trusted by agrochemical plants, fertilizer producers, detergent manufacturers and food producers across South America, Southeast Asia, Europe, the United States and Russia — regions where high storage temperatures accelerate off-gassing. Typical applications include:
| Gas-generating contents + standard liner | Pressure builds → bottle bulges / cap pops / product leaks → customer claims & returns |
| Gas-generating contents + vented liner | Pressure released one-way → bottle keeps its shape → seal stays intact through storage and transport |

Some contents — detergents, pesticides, liquid compound fertilizers, fermented jam and other gas-generating products — release gas during storage. In hot climates and sealed shipping containers the pressure builds until bottles bulge, caps pop or the product leaks. A vented liner releases this pressure one-way while keeping the bottle sealed against outside air, moisture and contaminants.
The membrane contains microscopic pores that allow gas molecules to pass through while liquid molecules cannot. Internal gas escapes to balance the pressure; the liquid stays inside — even when the bottle is tipped or inverted — and outside air and moisture cannot get back in.
No. The membrane is liquid-proof by design: gas passes out, liquid cannot pass through. We validate every specification with inversion and leak testing before delivery, and free sample testing with your actual product is recommended.
Yes — this is one of our strengths. Different contents generate gas at different rates. Tell us your product, fill temperature, storage and shipping conditions, and we match the membrane specification and air flow to your application. Custom sizes are also available.
Typical applications include detergents, pesticides, liquid compound fertilizers and fermented jam — in fact any package that generates gas during storage. If you are unsure whether your contents off-gas, send us a sample; free testing will tell you.
Yes. Our vented liners can be supplied in combination structures, including with aluminum foil induction sealing layers for tamper evidence, matched to PP, PE and PET caps.
We provide free samples. Fill sample bottles with your actual product, store them at your normal conditions (or accelerated high-temperature storage), and compare against bottles with standard liners. We support you through this trial and adjust the air flow if needed.
MOQ is 10,000 pcs — deliberately low so you can trial the product on one SKU. Samples are free; sample quantity and courier cost are negotiable depending on your location and project.
Precision die-cutting keeps diameter within tight tolerance (typically ±0.1mm). Consistent sizing means the liner seats correctly in the cap — no rattling, no jamming.
Store in original sealed packaging, cool and dry, away from direct sunlight. Properly stored liners stay effective well beyond 12 months. We print production dates on every batch for traceability.
Yes, custom printing is supported — logos, batch numbers and warning texts are all possible. Contact us with your artwork.
