Position: Home >Products DetailFinished roll material is a multi-layer laminate supplied in continuous rolls rather than as pre-cut discs — designed for customers who die-cut their own liners in-house. Instead of buying finished gaskets at a fixed diameter, you receive the full laminate — hot-melt sealing layer, aluminium foil, PET and PE foam, plus the insulation layer — pre-combined and wound to your width, so that your existing die-cutting press produces liners in any diameter you need, on the day you need them.
The advantage is flexibility and material economy: one roll covers every cap size in your range, cuts waste on short runs and changeovers, and removes the lead time and freight cost of shipping bulky pre-cut discs. Rimzer controls the lamination in-house, which means adhesive viscosity, foil adhesion and layer thickness can all be tuned to your cap material — PE, PP or aluminium — and to the sealing strength your filling process needs. Standard rolls run 50mm to 600mm wide and 30m to 600m long, with common specifications held in stock in our 2,000 m² warehouse for 2–4 day delivery.

Taizhou Rimzer Rubber & Plastic Co., Ltd has over 20 years of experience in seal liner manufacturing, with a 23,000 m² facility and 85 skilled staff serving 100+ customers worldwide. Because we laminate the material ourselves rather than buying it in, we can adjust layer structure, adhesive viscosity and roll dimensions to your process — and we make the finished liners too, so we understand exactly how the roll will behave on your die-cutting press. Every roll is tested for thickness uniformity and peel strength before shipment.
It is the complete laminate, ready to die-cut: hot-melt adhesive, aluminium foil, PET, PE foam and insulation layer already combined in the correct order. You do not need to laminate anything further — you only need to die-cut the discs.
Match the roll width to your press web width and the largest diameter you cut, so you get the most discs per metre. Length depends on your consumption: many customers order 100–300m per specification for a first run. Send your cap diameter range and monthly volume and we will recommend a starting order.
Yes — the laminate is formulated for standard rotary and flatbed presses. Tell us your press type, cutting speed and die specification, and we will confirm the layer structure and release characteristics.
Yes, that is the main reason customers buy rolls rather than finished discs from us. Adhesive viscosity and foil adhesion are adjusted for PE, PP or aluminium closures so that the liner bonds firmly after die-cutting and does not shift in the cap.
12 months from production in unopened packaging, stored at 15–30°C away from direct sunlight and humidity. Hot-melt adhesive can lose tack if stored hot; keep rolls in the original moisture-barrier bag until use.
Yes — the laminate complies with FDA and EU 10/2011 food-contact requirements, and SGS test reports are available for your regulatory file.
500 kg per specification. Because rolls are dense, 500 kg is a substantial length — often 300–600m depending on width and thickness.
Yes, we supply a sample length of the standard structure free of charge so you can trial it on your press. Sample length and courier cost are negotiable.
