What We Make — Seal Liners for Every Cap and Jar Closure

Taizhou Rimzer manufactures the sealing component that sits inside a cap: induction seal liners, foam and PS gaskets, hot melt liners, vented liners and closures. Every product in the range solves the same basic problem — keeping what is inside the bottle inside the bottle — but the right choice depends on your contents, your closure material and your filling line.

Induction seal liners

A foil-based liner that bonds to the bottle mouth when the filled cap passes under an induction sealer, creating a hermetic, tamper-evident membrane. Supplied as two-piece (foil disc plus backing) or one-piece (single laminate) construction. The usual choice for liquids, oils and pharmaceuticals that must be leak-proof.

Foam & PS gaskets

Compression liners that seal under cap torque alone — no equipment required. PE foam is soft and forgiving, ideal for jars and caps with slight surface irregularities; PS gaskets are firmer and cost-effective for dry goods, spices and cosmetics.

Hot melt & Lift-N-Peel

Hot melt liners pour and set into the cap, giving a reliable seal on glass and PET with a clean peel on opening. Lift-N-Peel liners add a tab so the consumer can reseal or peel cleanly — popular for sauces, dairy and nutraceuticals.

Vented liners, valves & caps

For products that generate gas or must breathe, vented liners, vented valves and vented caps allow pressure to equalise while blocking liquid and contamination — standard in agrochemicals, bleach and enzyme detergents.
