Plastic vented valves are one-way (check) valves inserted into caps to release internal gas pressure. When the contents generate gas during storage — detergents, pesticides, liquid compound fertilizers, fermented products — pressure builds inside the bottle until it bulges or the cap pops. Our vented valve solves this: gas escapes through the valve one way, while outside air and liquid cannot get back in, keeping the bottle sealed, safe and leak-free even when inverted.

How does the vented valve work?

It is a one-way check valve: when internal gas pressure exceeds the opening threshold, the valve vents the gas; it then re-seals so outside air and liquid cannot enter. The bottle stays sealed against spills and contamination — even when inverted.

Can the opening pressure be customized?

Yes. Tell us your contents, fill temperature and storage conditions; we match the valve specification and provide free samples for validation before mass production.

How is it assembled into the cap?
